Cancellation Policy

MHH understands that unforeseeable events can happen, but please provide us with a 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule single services and 48 hours notice for weekends, packages, bridal parties or appointments lasting over two hours. If appropriate notice is not given your entire service fee will be charged to your credit card.

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. Those who arrive late may only be able to receive a partial service out of respect to the next client.

This is your time to relax. Please turn off pagers and cell phones and leave babies and children at home unless they are having a service.

Gratuities

Gratuities are at your discretion and not included in any service or package.

Product Returns

Returns will be honored up to 30 days from date of purchase. Simply bring in your receipt and a credit will be issued toward your next product purchase. Cash refunds are not issued on returned merchandise or gift certificate.

Valuables

We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles and we encourage you to leave them at home.
